SS Wall-Mount Box
SS Wall-Mount Box is usually made of 304 or 316 stainless steel. Among them, 304 stainless steel (18Cr-8Ni) is suitable for conventional indoor and mild outdoor environments, such as urban open-air scenes or ordinary industrial workshops, and is resistant to general rust and oxidation. 316 stainless steel (16Cr-10Ni-2Mo) has significantly improved resistance to chloride ions (such as seawater, salt water spray) and strong chemical corrosion due to the addition of molybdenum, and has become the standard configuration for coastal projects, chemical workshops and food processing industries. Both materials are IP66/NEMA 4X certified and are completely dustproof, high-pressure water jets and slightly corrosive liquid splashes.
Precision structural design
Modular splicing: The patented snap-on structure supports the rapid combination of multiple boxes, and equipment expansion can be completed within 30 minutes (such as edge computing node deployment in data centers).
Invisible heat dissipation solution: Using the thermal conductivity of the stainless steel shell itself, combined with the micro-groove design on the inner wall, 200W thermal dissipation can be achieved without an external fan, suitable for high temperature environments.
Humanized operation: Removable hinged door, internal DIN rail installation and optional tempered glass observation window ensure fast maintenance and real-time monitoring.

IP66 (international standard):
6-level dustproof: completely blocks dust from entering;
6-level waterproof: resistant to high-pressure water jets (such as spraying water from any angle with a nozzle). Focusing on "dustproof and waterproof", it is suitable for outdoor rainy and dusty scenes (such as parking lot cameras, outdoor charging piles).
NEMA 4X (North American standard):
Includes IP66 performance, and additionally emphasizes corrosion resistance (the material must be corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel), which can resist splashes of slightly corrosive liquids (such as acid mist in chemical areas). Suitable for "high humidity + corrosive" composite environments (such as electroplating plants, sewage treatment equipment). Conclusion: Choose IP66 for pure outdoor rainwater environment; choose NEMA 4X (usually compatible with IP66) when there is salt spray/chemical pollution outdoors.
