Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, the 316L model performs better in highly corrosive environments (such as chemical and marine environments). The housing is NEMA 4X certified and meets IP66 standards, which can resist high-pressure water washing, dust intrusion and salt spray corrosion.

Process features:

1. Install the insert strips. The insert strips with assembly holes are vertically welded on both sides of the box door. M4 self-tapping screws are used for easy installation.

2. Polyurethane foam sealing strips make the sealing more reliable.

3. The door uses a pin-type hinge and can be opened 130°.

4. The grooved box edge prevents dust and water from entering the box, and can cooperate with the sealing ring perfectly to form protection for the box.

5. Wall-mounting holes The back panel of the box has been punched with wall-mounting holes for easy installation, and optional hanging plates are available for easy installation.

6. The door can be interchanged left and right, which is convenient for on-site installation and use.

1: What is the difference between Type 304 and 316L stainless steel? How to choose?

Type 304 stainless steel has basic corrosion resistance and is suitable for general industrial environments (such as mild chemical exposure or humid areas).
Type 316L contains molybdenum and has stronger resistance to chloride corrosion. It is recommended for marine environments, chemical plants or acidic detergent environments in food processing.
The selection needs to be combined with cost and actual corrosion risk. 316L is preferred in high corrosion scenarios.

2: What key points should be paid attention to during installation?

Wall load-bearing: Large chassis (such as 48 inches wide) need to evaluate the wall structure, and it is recommended to use expansion bolts or steel structure brackets;
Sealing check: After installation, the sealing of the door lock in the closed state needs to be tested to ensure that there is no deformation or gap in the rubber strip;
Heat dissipation design: If a heating element (such as an inverter) is installed inside, a cooling fan or filter position needs to be reserved to avoid heat accumulation.
