How to properly install stainless steel electrical junction boxes?

Installation method
Preparation: Confirm that the specifications and models of the junction box are consistent with the requirements, and check whether the appearance is damaged. Prepare tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches, as well as materials such as wires and terminal blocks.
Select the installation location: Select the location according to the line direction and equipment layout, which is convenient for operation and maintenance, and avoid harsh environments such as humidity and dust. If it cannot be avoided, the protection level must be IP65 or above, and the electrical safety distance must be ensured.

Fix the junction box: Fix the wall-mounted type with expansion bolts or screws; first dig a groove and then embed it to ensure that the surface is flush; place the floor-standing type on the ground and fix it with anchor bolts.
Introduce wires: The wires are introduced from the wire entry hole, pay attention to protecting the insulation layer, and rubber sealing rings can be installed to ensure that the wire length is sufficient for connection and adjustment.

Connect wires: Connect with terminal blocks according to the schematic diagram or requirements, distinguish between live, neutral, and ground wires, twist multiple strands before connecting, and wrap the exposed parts with insulating materials.
Sealed junction box: After checking that the connection is correct, cover and fix the lid. The waterproof type needs to be equipped with a sealing rubber ring to ensure sealing.
Grounding treatment: Connect the grounding terminal to the grounding trunk line or device to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the standards and the connection is firm.
