Strong corrosion resistance: usually made of 304 and other types of stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance. How to choose a stainless steel electrical box suitable for a specific electrical equipment?

Electrical equipment specifications:
Size adaptation: measure the size of the equipment, leave space in the box for equipment, accessories, wiring, heat dissipation and maintenance, and the gap between the equipment and the box wall is 5-10 cm.
Electrical parameter matching: understand the voltage, current, power, etc. of the equipment, the rated parameters of the box meet the equipment, the rated current is greater than the maximum current of the equipment, and consider the grounding requirements.
Protection level: select according to the environment and protection requirements, select IP65 and above for outdoor, dusty and humid environments, and select IP67 and higher for possible immersion.
Material and quality:
Material type: common 304, 316 stainless steel, select 304 for ordinary environments, and select 316 for highly corrosive environments such as the seaside and chemical workshops.
Manufacturing process: high-quality boxes are fully welded or continuously welded, the welds are firm, the surface treatment is uniform and smooth, without defects, and wire drawing, polishing, sandblasting and other processes are selected according to needs.
Structural strength: The box thickness is 1.0-2.0 mm, selected according to size and environment, and reasonable reinforcement ribs are set to improve rigidity.
Heat dissipation and ventilation:
Heat dissipation method: select according to the heat output of the equipment, small heat dissipation by natural heat dissipation, large heat forced air cooling, extremely high heat liquid cooling.
Ventilation hole design: natural or forced air cooling box, reasonable distribution of ventilation holes, equipped with protective devices, size and quantity determined according to heat dissipation requirements.
Installation and maintenance:
Installation method: wall-mounted, floor-standing, embedded, etc., select according to the scene, and ensure that there are corresponding installation holes and accessories.
Maintenance space: the layout of components in the box is reasonable, leaving operating space, the door opening angle is large, and some boxes have drawers or modules.
Other factors:
Brand reputation: choose a well-known and reputable brand, check certification and user reviews to understand the quality.
Cost-effectiveness: take into account the purchase and long-term use costs, and choose products with high cost performance.
