1. Requirement Confirmation
The first step in the customization process is to thoroughly understand the customer's requirements. The customer must clearly define the electrical cabinet's application scenario, dimensions, cutout locations, mounting method, and any special structural requirements and materials. Customers may also provide technical drawings, functional module requirements, or reference samples to facilitate our preliminary design and process evaluation. Special applications, such as explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, or high-protection-level requirements, are recommended.

2. Design & Proposal
After fully understanding the customer's requirements, our engineering team will use CAD and 3D modeling software to produce structural drawings, detailing the product's exterior, internal structure, mounting methods, and key components. For customers with specific functional requirements, these requirements will also be incorporated during the design phase. After the preliminary design is complete, we will send the drawings to the customer for approval. We will then evaluate the design based on the selected materials and manufacturing complexity to ensure feasibility, structural stability, and ease of on-site installation.

3. Quotation & Approval
Once the design is confirmed, we will provide a detailed quotation based on the selected materials, processing technology, quantity, shipping method, and other details. A quote typically covers material costs, processing fees, surface treatment, packaging, and logistics. After the customer confirms the quote, both parties sign an order or purchase agreement, and formal production preparation begins. For large projects or long-term clients, we can also negotiate terms such as mold sharing and staggered delivery.

4. Trial Production and Sampling
For complex product structures or first-time collaborations, we recommend conducting a small-scale trial production or sample production. This sampling phase allows the customer to gain a direct understanding of product quality, processing accuracy, and structural rationality. Once the sample is complete, we will submit it to the customer for approval via photos, videos, or by express delivery. If any modifications are requested, we will make appropriate adjustments to the drawings and process. The trial production phase is also a crucial step in quality assessment, helping to prevent design errors or dimensional deviations during mass production.

5. Mass Production
After the customer confirms the sample or design, we will arrange mass production. All production processes are completed in our own 6,000-square-meter factory, including CNC laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending, TIG welding, automatic spray painting, electrolytic polishing, and foam sealing. We strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 quality management system, with quality inspectors monitoring every step of the process to ensure that every product is flawless in appearance and structural accuracy. For export projects, we also implement special marking, coding, or additional packaging requirements based on the customer's country's standards.

6. Inspection & Delivery
After all products are completed, they undergo final quality inspection. We conduct comprehensive inspections for dimensional accuracy, surface finishes, functional components, IP ratings, and sealing, and issue third-party test reports as necessary. Qualified products are packaged according to order specifications, using a choice of cartons, foam, pallets, or wooden boxes to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage and rust. For delivery, we can assist in arranging sea, air, or express shipments, or customers can choose their preferred logistics method. Progress tracking is provided throughout the delivery process to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery.
