Distribution box installation specifications and use safety matters:
1. The switch box should be distributed by the final distribution box.
2. The distribution box and switch box must be rain-proof and dust-proof.
3. When the construction site stops working for more than one hour, the power switch box should be powered off and locked.
4. There should be enough space and passage for two people to work at the same time around the distribution box and switch box. Do not stack any objects that hinder operation and maintenance; there must be no shrubs or weeds.
5. Distribution boxes and switch boxes should be made of iron plates or high-quality insulating materials, and the thickness of the iron plates should be greater than 1.5mm.
6. It is strictly forbidden to connect the power cord entering the switch box with a plug.
7. All distribution boxes should be marked with their name, purpose, and branch marks should be made.
8. All power distribution box doors should be equipped with locks, and the power distribution boxes and switch boxes should be responsible for them.
9. The main distribution box should be located in an area close to the power source. Distribution boxes should be installed in areas where electrical equipment or loads are relatively concentrated. The distance between the distribution box and the switch box should not exceed 30m. The horizontal distance between the switch box and the fixed electrical equipment controlled by it should not exceed 3m.
10. Distribution boxes and switch boxes should be installed in dry, ventilated and normal temperature places; they should not be installed in gas, smoke, steam, liquid and other harmful media that have serious damaging effects. It shall not be installed in a place that is susceptible to foreign solid objects, strong vibration, liquid splash and heat source baking. Otherwise, special protective treatment is required.
11. The power distribution system should be equipped with an indoor general distribution box and an outdoor distribution box or an outdoor general distribution box for each distribution box to implement hierarchical power distribution.
12. The power distribution box and the lighting distribution box should be set separately. If they are placed together in the same distribution box, the power and lighting lines should be set separately.
13. The working neutral line in the distribution box and switch box should be connected through the terminal board, and should be separated from the protective neutral terminal board.
14. The connecting wires in the distribution box and switch box should be insulated wires, the joints should not be loose, and there should be no exposed live parts.
15. The metal box body of the distribution box and switch box, the metal electrical installation plate, and the non-live base and shell of the electrical appliances in the box must be protected and connected to zero. The protective neutral line should be connected through the terminal board.
16. The switch appliances in the distribution box and switch box should be fastened to the electrical installation board according to the specified position, without mentioning skewing and looseness.
17. The rated value of various switching appliances should be adapted to the rated position of the electrical equipment to be controlled.
18. The switching appliances in the switch box must be able to use electrical equipment to implement power isolation under any circumstances.
19. The main distribution box should be equipped with voltmeter, total ammeter, total watt-hour meter and other instruments. 18. Each electrical equipment should have its own dedicated switch box, and the "one machine, one gate, one protection" system must be implemented. It is strictly forbidden to directly control more than two electrical equipment with the same switch.
20. A leakage protector must be installed in the switch box, and the installation of the leakage protector should meet the requirements. Electrical equipment with 36V and below can avoid the installation of leakage protector if the working environment is dry.
21. The leakage protector should be installed on the load side of the power isolating switch of the distribution box and the load side of the power isolating switch of the switch box.
22. The selection of the leakage protector should meet the requirements of the national standard GB6829-86 "Leakage Current Operated Protector (Residual Current Operated Protector)". The leakage protector in the switch box has a rated leakage current of no more than 30mA and a rated leakage operation time. It is less than 0.1s; the leakage protector used in damp and corrosive media places should adopt splash-proof products, and its rated leakage current should not be greater than 15mA, and the rated leakage action time should be less than 0.1s. 23, distribution boxes and switches The rated leakage operating current and the rated leakage operating time of the two-stage leakage protector in the box should be reasonably matched to make it have the function of graded and segmented protection.
24. The leakage protector must be installed and used according to the product manual. For the leakage protector that has been used for a long time and used continuously for one month, its characteristics should be carefully checked, and the problem should be repaired or replaced in time.
25. Manual switch appliances are only allowed to be used for direct-press control lighting circuits and power circuits with a capacity not greater than 5.5KW. Power circuits with a capacity greater than 5.5KW are controlled by automatic switching appliances or step-down starting devices.
26. The inlet and outlet of the wires in the distribution box and switch box should be set on the bottom surface of the box, and it is strictly prohibited to set it on the top, side, back or door of the box; the incoming and outgoing wires should be protected. Set the shunts into bundles and make waterproof bends. The wiring harness must not directly contact the inlet and outlet of the box; the inlet and outlet of the mobile distribution box and switch box must use rubber insulated cables.
27. The distribution box and switch box should be installed upright and firm, and the mobile distribution box and switch box should be installed on a solid support. The vertical distance between the bottom of the fixed distribution box and switch box and the ground should be greater than 1.3m and less than 1.5m, and the vertical distance between the bottom of the mobile distribution box and switch box and the ground should be greater than 0.6m and less than 1.5m .
28. The electrical appliances in the distribution box should be installed on a non-metallic or wooden insulated electrical installation board first, and then integrally fastened in the distribution box body. The metal plate and the iron distribution board box body should be electrically connected.
29. All distribution boxes and switch boxes should be inspected and maintained once a month. Inspection and maintenance personnel must be professional electricians. During inspection and maintenance, insulating shoes and gloves must be worn and insulated as required, and electrician insulating tools must be used.
30. When inspecting and repairing the distribution box and switch box, the corresponding power switch of the previous level must be opened and cut off, and the power failure sign should be hung. Live work is strictly prohibited.
31. The power transmission sequence of all distribution boxes and switch boxes during use is: main distribution box-distribution box-switch box; power outage operation sequence is: switch box-distribution box-general Distribution box (except for emergency situations in which electrical faults occur).
32. The electrical appliances in the distribution box and switch box must be reliable and intact, and damaged or unqualified electrical appliances are not allowed to be used. 16. The main distribution box and distribution box should be equipped with a main disconnect switch and a branch disconnect switch, a general fuse and a branch fuse (or a general automatic switch and a branch automatic switch) and a leakage protector. If the leakage protector has both overload and short circuit protection functions, there is no need to install shunt fuses or shunt automatic switches. The rated value and action setting value of the main switchgear shall be compatible with the rated value and action setting value of the shunt switchgear.
