Safe Distance For Power Installation
Article 1 safety distance: safety distance of equipment without power failure, specified distance:
10kV and below: 0.7m, 35kV -- 1.0m, l10KV -- 1.5m, 220kV -- 3.0m, 500kV -- 5.0m.
The safe distance rule refers to the condition of removing the equipment barrier and taking into account the normal range of activity of the staff in the work. If the distance between the working personnel and the live part can keep the above value, it is allowed to work under the condition that the live equipment does not have power failure. There is no net barrier in the iron door at the back of the switch cabinet of the high-voltage distribution cabinet. After opening the iron door, the distance specified herein shall also be implemented. This safety distance is not only considered from the discharge distance, nor is it the "minimum safety distance", but a value determined after considering certain accidents and safety degree.
Article 2 safety distance: the safety distance between the working staff's normal range of activities and live equipment, taking into account the maximum space position of the working staff's activities during normal work, and the safety distance that must be maintained for live equipment. Specified distance:
10kV and below 0.4m, 35kV 0.6m, 110kV -- 1.5m, 220kV -- 3.0m, 500kV -- 5.0m. If the safety distance of the live conductor is less than the above value, the live part must be cut off. When the safety distance is greater than the above values and less than the first safety distance, a firm and reliable barrier should be installed between the working place and the live part to allow the work to be carried out without power failure. However, if the live conductor is behind or on both sides of the maintenance personnel, even if it is greater than the first safety distance, the live equipment should also be cut off.
Article 3 safety distance: the safety distance between the person and the charged body when the ground potential is working live. Specified distance:
10kV and below: 0.4m; 35kV: 0.6m; 110kV: 1.0m; 220kV: 1.8m; 500kV: 3.6m. If the safety distance between the person and the live equipment cannot meet the requirement of 1.8m due to the limitation of equipment conditions, the minimum safety distance of 1.6m can be used when the ground potential live operation of 220KV equipment is carried out. Prior to the operation, reliable measures must be taken technically and approved by the enterprise's leadership in charge before the operation, otherwise it is not suitable to carry out live operation of ground potential. Please note that the distance values of 110kV, 220kV and 500kV in the safety distance of article 1 and article 2 are the same; The distance values of 10kV and below and 35kV in the second and third safety distances are the same.
