High and low voltage power distribution cabinets, as the name implies, are power distribution equipment used for power distribution, control, measurement and connection of cables in the power supply system. Generally, power supply bureaus and substations use high voltage switch cabinets, and then step down the low voltage side through transformers. Lead out to low-voltage power distribution cabinets, low-voltage power distribution cabinets, and then to various power distribution panels, control boxes, and switch boxes, where some switches, circuit breakers, fuses, buttons, indicators, meters, wires and other protective devices Equipment assembled into a power distribution device that meets the design functional requirements.

Safety technical operating procedures
1. When working on all or part of the energized disks, the maintenance equipment and the operating equipment should be separated by obvious signs.
2. The secondary winding with current transformer and voltage transformer should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.
3. When working on the secondary circuit of the current transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:
It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current loop.
In order to reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, a short-circuit piece and a short-circuit wire must be used, and wire winding is prohibited.
Do not carry out any work on the loops and wires between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal.
4. When working on the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:
Strictly prevent short circuit or grounding
Insulated tools and gloves should be used, and if necessary, the relevant relay protection devices should be disabled before work.
When connecting temporary loads, special switches and fuses must be installed.
During the power-on test of the secondary circuit, in order to prevent the reverse voltage from the secondary side to the primary, in addition to disconnecting the secondary circuit, the primary fuse should also be removed.
Before the secondary circuit is energized or withstand voltage test, the duty officer and relevant personnel should be notified, and personnel should be sent to guard the site to check the circuit and confirm that no one is working before pressurization.
The staff who check the power-off protection and the secondary circuit are not allowed to perform any switching operations without the permission of the on-duty staff.
