How does the anti-rust coating of cold-rolled steel enclosure resist industrial corrosion? How much longer is its lifespan than ordinary steel?
Enclosure Steel uses ANSI 61 gray powder spraying, and the salt spray test exceeds 1,000 hours (ASTM B117 standard), which is 4 times longer than ordinary spray painting (200 hours).
Technical details:
Phosphating pretreatment + 80μm coating thickness, forming a three-layer protection of "metal-phosphating film-powder", acid and alkali resistance up to 5% HCl solution immersion for 72 hours without rust (actual measurement in a chemical workshop, compared with galvanized steel enclosure, the rust rate in 2 years dropped from 35% to 5%).
How does the built-in mounting panel simplify the installation of electrical components? What standard interfaces are supported?
The built-in 1.5mm cold-rolled steel mounting panel has pre-punched holes for 22.5mm industrial standard buttons/switches (such as Schneider and ABB components), which saves 40% installation time compared to traditional housings (measured by an automation company).

Standard 4 M4 threaded holes support quick fixing of DIN rails and terminal blocks;
