The manufacturing process of metal housing mainly includes sheet metal processing, casting and stamping. Sheet metal processing is a commonly used method, which includes steps such as shearing, bending, punching and welding. It is able to transform metal sheets into housings of various shapes and sizes to meet the installation needs of various equipment. For example, the metal sheet is first cut into the specified design size, then bent into the required shape by a bending machine, and finally punched and welded to produce a complete housing. On the other hand, casting is suitable for certain metal housings with complex shapes and mass production.

In this process, the metal material is heated until it melts into a liquid state, poured into a mold, and then cooled and solidified to obtain the desired housing shape. Although the casting process can manufacture housings with complex internal structures and shapes, additional processing and treatment may be required to improve surface quality and accuracy. Stamping is very suitable for large-scale production of metal housings. The metal sheet is stamped into the required housing parts at one time by using the mold under the pressure of the press. This process has high production efficiency and low cost, but the mold design and manufacturing costs are high. Therefore, it is most suitable for occasions where the product design is relatively stable and the production batch is large.
