Structural & Protection Features
- Reinforced Door Structure
For enclosures higher than 600 mm, reinforcing strips with pilot holes are welded to both sides of the door. This structure supports the installation of accessories or internal components using M4 self-tapping screws and helps improve door rigidity during operation.
- Sealing & Dust Protection Design
A PU foam sealing gasket is installed around the inner door perimeter to create compression sealing between the door and enclosure body. The enclosure edge slot structure works together with the gasket system to reduce the ingress path for dust and water during industrial indoor or outdoor use.

- Hinge & Access Configuration
The enclosure uses plug-in hinge structures that allow the door to open up to 130°, providing larger front access space for wiring, equipment installation, and maintenance operations inside the cabinet.
- Mounting & Cable Entry Sealing
Four rear hanging holes are integrated into the enclosure body to support wall-mounted installation using mounting brackets. A sealing gasket is also configured around the bottom gland plate area to help maintain enclosure protection performance around cable entry positions.
